Words of Life

On January 3, 2016, Minister Stacy Boyd was appointed pastor of Deliverance Temple, with Minister Barry Miller serving as the assistant. On January 31, 2016, Bishop Jeffries ordained Minister Boyd as an Elder. Bishop Jeffries also approved a name change for the church to symbolize a new beginning for the congregation. The members suggested 13 names and voted on their top three choices. The overwhelming favorite was "Words of Life True Church of God in Christ," and the name became official in March 2016.

Elder Boyd, along with the True Church movement and under the leadership of Bishop Oprie Jeffries, is actively engaged in the mission of saving souls during these challenging times.
